Grand Seminyak - Lifestyle Boutique Bali Resort, Seminyak (Bali)

I had such mixed feelings about my stay. The location was a great plus, with easy access to Seminyak and beautiful beach views. The staff tried really hard, and the breakfast was delicious - a standout feature for sure. However, I found the hotel was in poor condition, almost dangerous at times, and it didn’t live up to the expectations I had from previous experiences with this brand.

My stay was incredibly disappointing, as the hotel is not at all what I expected from a five-star establishment. The location is decent being close to the beach, but the facilities and dining experiences left much to be desired. The service was inconsistent and lacked the professionalism you would anticipate at this price point. Overall, it felt rundown and in need of serious maintenance.
